We journey with each woman at her pace and time — building confidence, skills, and networks to strengthen income and well-being.

What we do

1-to-1 Mentorship & Training adapted to Each Riser’s Goals and Pace

Many women entrepreneurs want to grow their home businesses but face real barriers — financial instability, caregiving, or health challenges.

Her Rise Above takes the guesswork out of growing a business with a structured, module-based mentorship program.

Each Riser is paired with a dedicated Guide for 10 weekly 1-to-1 sessions, tailored to her business goals.

Guides serve as mentors, cheerleaders, and allies, walking alongside each Riser as she grows with clarity and confidence.

Practical & Progressive Pathways towards Financial Independence

Beyond mentorship, our programs provide tools and opportunities that help women move from learning to earning sustainably:
