How to become a Volunteer
Our volunteers are successful and experienced professionals with deep expertise in their respective fields and a passion for helping female entrepreneurs succeed. If you would like to get involved, we have two tracks for how you can volunteer with us:
GUIDES
Our fantastic volunteer mentors journey alongside Risers through the Her Rise Above program.
As a Guide, you’ll support one participant for 10 weeks, helping her strengthen her business foundations, refine her goals, and build confidence in her abilities.
Perfect, if you enjoy one-on-one mentoring and can commit to 10 weekly one-hour sessions.
SPECIALISTS
Our Specialist Team members lend their expertise to specific program modules, offering targeted advisory support in their fields.
As a Specialist, you will be helping our Risers through ad-hoc or project-based involvement, for example leading a short workshop or reviewing participant materials
This is ideal, if you have limited time but want to make a meaningful impact.
