Sandhya Aswani is a dedicated social impact professional with a broad experience in people and community development. Her unwavering commitment to education and impact spaces, demonstrated through years of work and volunteering, has given her a deep understanding of issues on the ground.

As Program Director at Ishk Tolaram Foundation, Sandhya has worked tirelessly with vulnerable communities in Singapore and Indonesia to expand access to quality education, healthcare, and skills training. Her efforts have significantly improved the lives of many, demonstrating her deep commitment to social impact. She is also the co-founder of The Inclusive Fund, an initiative supporting lower-income transnational families in Singapore.

Sandhya currently serves on the board of South Central Community Family Service Centre and practises as a mental health counsellor. She is deeply passionate about improving access to quality mental health services and fostering inclusive support systems.
