Meet Samira
Run by a single mum who decided to turn her challenges into her strengths to support her 2 little children. In order to provide income for her household, she decided to use her knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and offer wholesome Mediterranean dishes that are easy to bring to the table.
Aanch Grill makes Kebabs, Impossible Kebabs, Turkish Pides and other Middle Eastern delights that you can either order cooked or frozen.
Her frozen products are amazing because you can just stick them in the oven when you are in a rush and you'll have the most amazing meal fixed in no time. She also makes chocolate barks and other desserts.
What motivates her?
