Elaine Juan has spent over a decade in the social impact space, working with women and families to strengthen stability through education, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Singapore, she brings a deep understanding of diverse communities and the barriers they face. Her career has included roles at organisations such as the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) and Aidha, where she focused on empowering women through access and opportunity.

A trained counsellor, Elaine’s time in crisis shelters reinforced her belief that economic empowerment and self-sufficiency restore confidence and dignity.

At Rise & Thrive, she leads program design and strategy, developing impact frameworks and building partnerships with mentors, volunteers, and funders to create sustainable pathways for women to thrive.
